How Much Is the Shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on all items to compensate for sometimes slightly longer shipping time ! However we reserve the right to change this anytime. Know that shipping costs vary depending on your location and shipping options. Standard insured shipping usually range from $7.95 - $9.95. So you make a great saving at the moment !

Shipping costs or lack-of are mentioned on the product page and on the subtotal of your shopping cart.

Why didn't My Order Come Together In One Package?

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, UK, Canada, China and Singapore). Our inventory is distributed over multiple fulfilment centers around the world in order for you to receive the order faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive an item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once as the others are on the way. If you do not receive all your purchase within 8 weeks, please contact us to look into your shipment.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship primarily to Western Countries. Please contact us if your country is not included so we can check.

How Long Will My Order Take To Be Delivered?
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. After which, your order will be ready to ship out. It usually takes only 10 max15 business days for shipping to the UK and Europe from our international warehouses. It can take  15 max 20 business days for international shipping, depending on your location in any cases. (Business days do not count weekends)

How do I track my package?
We will send you a tracking number by Email when your order ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package.

Can I choose another carrier?

we are working to allow this option in the future. Please note that we do not offer it right now.


Why Can't I Track My Order On The Website
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.
Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try in 1-2 days later.


Why Is My Shipment Status Not Updating?
Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs.

Help! There's A Problem With My Shipment!
If there's an issue with your package, please contact our Support Team. Please be sure to include your order and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem, and any case or reference numbers you have started with the carrier.

Customs Charges
The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. We will mark the package as gift for our customers. BUT duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.
